WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer worldwide standard tracked delivery service using Royal Mail. Shipping costs are determined by zone with a full breakdown found in the tables below.
The following shipping guidelines apply to all orders placed before 1pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
Please be aware delivery times act as a guide and on occasion may take slightly longer.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
On completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us along with a separate email containing your tracking link. This link will enable you to track your order status from dispatch through to delivery. If you haven’t received an email containing the tracking link, please reach out to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT CHARGES?
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs and import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of the UK. We do not cover these costs so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you check with your local customs office for more information.
If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your order refund and your credit/debit card will be charged accordingly.
WHICH CURRENCIES CAN I SHOP IN?
If you are shopping from outside the UK, your bank will convert the cost of your order into the relevant currency.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER?
We are very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition.
If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please ensure to take photographic evidence and tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”. Kindly note that all of our mailer boxes have tamper seals on them.
If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, we kindly ask you to notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving your order at email@example.com, quoting your original order number with the pictures of:
- The damaged item
- The inner and outer packaging
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
At this point in time, we are unable to accept any product returns unless faulty or damaged provided that you notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days of delivery.
Please include your order number in the email. We will then issue you with instructions on how to return your products. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded. The goods must be returned to us unopened, still intact & unused.
